Consumer noodles in the world

China consumed 42.5 billion packets of instant noodles last year according to the World Instant Noodle Corporation, this number means 43% of the consumption of instant noodles are eaten worldwide.

That is, every day, there are 100 million packs of instant noodles are eaten in China every day.

Even though, surprisingly, the consumption of instant noodles in China is only 32 packets per person per year. While the South Korean instant noodles consumed 69 per person, and Indonesia in second place with 63 packs of instant noodles per year per person, and Japan 39.9 packs of instant noodles per person per year.
